Metal Grip Repair Clamp is a structurally fixed solution that employs dual gripping rings to securely hold pipes, preventing them from separating or moving. This product is an economical alternative to traditional pipe bonding methods like welding, flanging, grooved jointing, or unions. It is particularly designed to prevent slippage issues post-repair, and is standardly recommended for HDPE pipes.
The claw connection sleeve holds the ends of two pipes firmly, strongly limiting any slippage. The body is made of AISI 304-316 stainless steel. For plastic pipes such as PVC or PPR, smooth (toothless) gripping rings prevent pipe damage caused by the teeth of the gripping ring.
This repair clamp is recommended for use at the joints of PE Pipes where sleeve leaks occur or where additional pipe is used. Mounted on the body but operating independently, steel claws penetrate the POLYETHYLENE pipe, preventing slippage and correcting faults.
